We handle complex financial crime cases related to corporate activities. The cases typically involve debtor’s offences, accounting offences, tax offences, fraud and embezzlement, bribery, subsidy offences, and company law offences. We act as counsel during the pre-trial investigation and prosecutorial review, as well as before the courts at all levels. We assist both defendants and complainants.

We are specialized in handling securities market offence cases. Our practice covers criminal matters related to insider trading, disclosure obligations, and market manipulation. We are also specialized in investment service offences and securities market litigation. In addition, we regularly act as experts in legal matters concerning securities law and investment services.
